Fresh Brothers' desire to attract new customers and appeal to a wider audience, led us to build a custom wordpress platform, robust with on-page SEO and an acquisition strategy focused on full-funnel marketing. As a creative platform we shifted focus away from stagnant imagery and moved towards a fresh and vibrant portrayal of the brand highlighting their ingredients and dietary alternatives. Our work revitalized Fresh Brothers stagnating sales, surpassing previous goals and consistently providing a 7x return on social ad spend. All-in-all, we were able to solve the immediate design and branding challenges, position Fresh Brothers for success with near and long-term business objectives, and generate large-scale awareness and sales growth month over month for the brand and its new web property.

Not Another CBD Brand

Entering a crowded category where seemingly a new CBD brand comes to market every month, cannajoy needed to stand out in a sea of sameness. Based on our insights we adopted “feel good, do good” as a creative platform incorporating a charitable give back with every sale. With brand positioning set, we began building out a distinct brand identity, with new fonts, colors, and an updated logo. With an immensely tight deadline, we opted to build out ecommerce on woocommerce for its ability for custom coding and rapid development. With the web redesign launched and new creative out in market, our brand evolution is still an ongoing process, but already sales have steadily increased and the website has driven more conversions by a significant factor.

Simmzy’s

Make an Analog Business Digital

A locals favorite in the beach cities their four locations reside in. Simmzy’s came to NOMAD with a need to attract new customers and create a digital hub where customers could make reservations and order online for delivery or pickup. This led us to adopt “you’re only a stranger here once” as a creative platform for messaging and visual assets. To better reflect this new positioning, we shifted focus away from the restaurants themselves and moved towards a portrayal of the things universally appealing about Simmzy’s: neighborhood hangout, endless summer, family, and of course great food. Only four weeks after launch, we were already able to far surpass goals and past benchmarks and consistently drive reservations and online orders across all locations by 4x.

In the wake of COVID-19 and distance learning, parents sought a new solution for supplementing their children’s education. Founder Amie Schneider came to NOMAD seeking the creation and implementation of an online learning platform, capable of matching parents, students, and educators. Class Echo represents the birth of a long-term learning solution that gives students the space, communication resources, and technology to learn a facilitated curriculum from accredited educators at a higher level. Amie was thrilled at the full transparency provided throughout the planning, design, and development phases. The ryse of Ventura Cannabis

The market for cannabis is crowded, and dominated by giants. In such a competitive landscape, organic site traffic, seamless user experience, and back-end technology were essential to paying off on our main strategic insight: cannabis dispensaries are failing users who need product education. Wheelhouse came to NOMAD looking to take over the Ventura County cannabis market and we had just the platform. Meet ryse, our world-class proprietary technology powering cannabis dispensaries and brands at scale. ryse is a powerful and easy-to-use platform for managing customer acquisition and retention. Our ability to customize it to your challenges via a proactive in-house tech team makes it the best platform available. Upon integration to their POS we saw organic site traffic grow by 9x as sales grew by more than 12x.

BeCore

BeCore came to NOMAD with the ask of making their digital presence as memorable as their experiential events. Known for delivering business objectives through heightened creative thinking and flawless execution, their site needed to highlight their offerings and the countless events they have put on for some of the worlds largest brands. Our goal was to add clarity and structure throughout the site to create a cohesive experience. The absence of this essential hierarchy was holding visitors back from discovering the great stories BeCore was trying to tell. To establish the BeCore feel, we utilized animations, dynamic hover states, and energetic design elements to help bring the fun BeCore brand personality to life. All-in-all, we were able to solve the immediate design and messaging challenges, and generate increased site traffic, time on site and leads growth month over month for the brand and its new web property.

A Coffee Renaissance

Smoky Hollow earned immediate respect amongst their local following, but had struggled with direct-to-consumer sales in a very competitive market where Amazon’s shadow looms large, offering users a familiar search and shopping experience as well as an abundance of options. There were other challenges as well, including a disconnected brand identity, a desktop-first website that didn’t educate, and an ineffective ecommerce system. Based on our insights we adopted “every drip earned” as a creative platform for messaging and visual assets. With the web redesign launched and new packaging design out in market, our brand renaissance is just starting, but already sales have steadily increased in-store and the website has driven more conversions by a significant factor.
